GAME ASSIGNMENT PROCEDURES
- By Wednesday, on the due date (as shown below), EMAIL your availability for the specified two-week assignment period. Include dates you are available as well as dates you cannot work, during this time span only.
- Please provide the dates/times that you can work (e.g., during the day, night only, anytime, etc.).
- Please include any fields:
- Where you not want to work;
- Where you will work, but prefer not to;
- Where you prefer to work.
- A schedule will be prepared using the information provided in the availability emails. Your schedule will be EMAILED to you. You MUST email the assigner to accept or decline the game assignments.
- Do NOT call the assigner at home or on his cell phone to provide availability or to accept/decline games. If you do not have an email address, let the assigner know so that he can try to resolve the problem.
- Continue to check the Arbiter for any messages the assigner might post.
If there is a need for an emergency umpire, an e-mail will be sent to ALL umpires using the Arbiter.
