REGISTRATION
Registration fee: $30 ($32 for on-line registration)
Late Registration: $35 ($37 for on-line registration)
Advanced Clinic: $25 ($27 for on-line registration)
Registration is required in order to attend the annual meeting and training conference. Registration can be accomplished in one of three ways:
- ONLINE (preferred method) -- this is a secure system which allows you to register and make other, optional, selections and pay be credit card. This is a deadline for online registration in order to avoid a late fee.

- MAIL-IN REGISTRATION -- download the registration form and mail it in along with a check or money order. There is a deadline for mail-in registration to avoid a late fee.

- WALK-UP REGISTRATION -- this is available at the meeting site on Friday and Saturday. All walk-up registrations will require payment of the late registration fee.
